3. How I can use the electronic services of TOM?
For information purposes the user (citizen) has to apply for a new account electronically.
The user submits his e-mail address and the system returns a code that is
necessary for the user to complete his registration.
Companies, importers of vehicles and MOT centres should submit application via
the electronic service in order to register.
The application will be examined by the RTD and a code will be dispatched to them.
