and improving communication with the public, introduces a system of direct briefing
via Short Message Service (SMS) for mobile phones.

If you wish to participate in this program, you are kindly advised to fill up the details
listed below. The details will be used for your continuous briefing in various matters
concerning vehicles and road safety such as -

   A reminder for the date of expiry of a vehicle roadworthiness test (MOT)
   The renewal of road tax
   The date of cancellation of the registration of a vehicle for any reason
   A reminder to a candidate driver of theoretical and practical test date and
   time for a driving license
