REGISTRATION OF PHYSICAL INDIVIDUALS:
  1. The field "Identity Number" (which is indicated on the driver's license) must be filled in according to the Identity Type as follows:
    • Alien Identity, without 5/
    • British Base Identity, without 6/
    • Cypriot Identity, without 1/
    • Diplomat Identity, without 3/
    • European Identity, without 9/
    • Identity given by R.T.D, without 8/
    • Military Identity, without 4/
    • New Type, without A/
    • Passport, without 2/
    • United Nation Identity, without 7/
  2. The field Driver Licence Document Number must be completed with the driver's licence document number and not with the licence/identification number. For holders of plastic driver's license, the license number is situated at point 4(d) of the driver's license. For holders of older driver's license ("triptych"), the document number of the driver's license is situated at the back of the document, next to the wording "¸íôõðï Ã.Ë. 53Á2 No". For non-holders of a driver¢s license and holders of a learner's driver's license, the document number is situated on the 6th side of the learner's driver's license, next to the wording "¸íôõðï Ã.Ë. 53Á3 No".
  3. The field Email must be completed with an email that has not been used before by another user of the Road Transport Department's online services
  4. The password should be an alphanumeric word of at least 6 characters long. The letters should be in Latin characters.


REGISTRATION OF LEGAL ENTITY:
  1. The field Identity No/Company No, should be completed in capital Latin characters and without spaces (i.e. ÇÅ10051)
  2. The field Name must be empty
  3. The field Date of Birth/Company Registration must be completed with the date that is included in the company¢s proof of establishment, as issued by the Registrar of Companies.
  4. The field Driver Licence Document Number must be empty
  5. The field Email must be completed with an email that has not been used before by another user of the Road Transport Department's Online Services.
  6. The password should be an alphanumeric word of at least 6 characters long. The letters should be in Latin characters.
